## 1. Introduction

Welcome to our Electric Scooter website. These are the terms and conditions governing your access to and use of our website and its products and services. By accessing, browsing, and using our site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

## 2. Warranty

We offer a 1-year manufacturer's warranty on our electric scooters, starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any malfunctions or defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

### 2.1 Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, the product must be defective. The defect must not be the result of improper use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or modifications to the scooter.

### 2.2 Full Warranty

We provide a full warranty on any malfunction for 1 year. If your scooter malfunctions within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge. This warranty does not cover consumable parts, including but not limited to wheels, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

## 3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the purchase, use, or performance of the product, whether such damages are based in contract, tort, or otherwise.
